unit 2

My name is Craig Harrington and I currently
live in Columbus, Ohio. I am not a blogger and if it wasn’t for having to do
this in a previous class I would have never been on here before. I do like that
I can put a face to a lot of names while on here, I usually just give out my Facebook
site but this is just as easy. Hope everyone else likes this more than I do and
hopefully I get a chance to read most of everyone else’s post on here.
I listened to the audio of the Journey on
Relaxation and it pretty much took all I had to finish it. I am not much of a
relaxation audio listener and by the time it was over I had a headache. I hope
everyone else had a better experience than I had and hopefully this will be the
last audio I have to listen to.
I know that both of these post are kind of
negative, please don’t think I complain a lot or that I’m a negative person,
this has just been a really boring exercise for me and I know it will get
better as the term goes on.

  1. Well I am sorry that this was a negative experience for you. I actually meditate a lot so some guided meditations I am not a fan of, but I did enjoy this one. Sometimes I just enjoy the break because I tend to stress myself out. I am not a blogger either so here is to new things! I usually am a negative person but I am trying to turn this around!LOL.

  2. Craig, It's nice to see you have some blogs under your belt, I am completely new to blogging but it seems to me that It is alot like Facebook. So far I am trying my best in this class but I am pretty confused, This is my nineth term and I feel like I may not make it. I'm happy that I took this wellness class and I hope I can benefit from what this class has to offer. As I wrote in my Blog I use prayer as my relaxation technique, It works pretty good for me so far and it helps me sleep better in class, however, this class may end all of that for me. lol (just kidding). Hope you have a great term,
